In the Open Atelier, activated by NCP (Nordic Choreographic Platform) students, you will have an opportunity to meet and engage with around 20 choreography students from the four Nordic master’s choreography programs. Students will share their reflections and experiences as dance artists on various aspects of dance ecologies, a theme that has been discussed throughout the 4-day NCP course. Central to that discussion is both attending and reflecting on the festival as well as speculating about different scenarios for dance ecologies. The process of this discussion will be shared in the Open Atelier via reciprocal dialogues, manifestos, performative stutters, for instance. In addition to these forms of sharing, the Open Atelier also offers you a place to gather momentarily.
